DOA Guarantee:

We guarantee against DOA (Dead On Arrival). We guarantee live arrival and for the coral to be alive for 5 days after arrival. You are eligible for store credit if your coral is damaged or DOA. To be eligible for credit you must email pictures of the coral.  If damage or death is caused by UPS damage I'll try to work with you, but they do not honor claims on perishable items. Weather delays and acts of god are not covered by UPS. Reshipment fee will have to be paid by the buyer if corals are lost due to a weather or mechanical failure delay.

Shipping Info: We ship all packages with UPS overnight. Combined shipping is free, you only pay the flate rate and can buy as much as you like. Fuel prices have driven things up and UPS has raised rates a lot so sadly we must do the same. We don't charge for our boxes and prefer not to raise our coral prices to make up for shipping costs.

If you live in a remote area or UPS tends to deliver late to you, I advise requesting your order be held for pickup at a local UPS station because it will arrive earlier there.

How we ship your corals:

All corals are double - triple bagged, placed in a 3/4" thick styrofoam cooler box or thermoseal lined box with free heat/cool packs, packed with up cycled newspaper or bubblewrap.  We ship out by 5pm so that your order is in transit for the least amount of time possible.  We also check your zip code on the Weather Channel before shipping to make sure everything is packed specific to the current conditions in your area. If it is very stormy in your area or a snow storm is expected and you request us to ship anyway, our live arrival guarantee will be VOID. No exceptions.

Coral Acclimation Procedures:

For most corals, floating them for one hour to temperature acclimate them is enough. Inverts need to be acclimated slower with 50% change in water twice-three times for at least two hours. If you have any questions or concerns just contact us. We are here to help and want to make your buying experience as worry free as possible.

Care Instructions

Coral Care Guidelines: Zoanthids are generally easy to keep and make a great addition to a new or established aquarium. Our zoanthids are grown and kept under Kessil AP700 lighting, but will do well in a variety of lighting conditions. Most zoanthids and palythoa like med - high lighting, moderate to strong flow, and fairly stable water conditions. They can tolerate imperfect conditions and are one of the more forgiving corals to new aquarists mistakes. Zoanthids occur in a huge variety of colors; many reefers create gardens of them in their aquariums. All new coral additions should be dipped in CoralRX, Revive, Bayer, or a coral dip of your choice to help prevent introduction of pests into your closed reef system. As vendors we do our best to sell pest free products, but you should always dip regardless of who you purchase corals from. These are our aquarium parameters:Salinity 1.025Alkalinity  8.5 - 9.2Calcium  420Magnesium  1400

Firework Cloves polyps are one of our most popular corals; these beauties grow as quickly as zoanthids, but won't sting other corals.
